This Privacy Policy describes how Denviprime Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website and mobile applications (including Vexa – AI Photo Generator).
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
We do not collect or store any personal information about you on our servers. Your data stays on your device. The only information we receive is anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to any individual user.
Information We Collect
Contact Form Information
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Message content
- Browser information
- Locale settings
- Timezone information
Analytics Information
We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data on both our website and mobile applications. This data is never linked to any individual user or identity and is used solely to understand how our apps are used in aggregate. This includes:
- Page views and navigation patterns
- Feature usage statistics
- Device type and OS version
- Session duration
We do not use this data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
In-App Purchases and Payment Data
All in-app purchases and subscription payments are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card information. Apple may share with us limited transaction metadata (such as purchase confirmation and subscription status) solely to enable access to premium features.
Face and Photo Data
Vexa allows you to upload or capture a photo of your face to generate AI portraits. Because face data is sensitive, this section provides a complete explanation of our collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention practices. Please read this section carefully.
What face data we collect
We collect only the single photo that you explicitly select from your photo library or capture with your camera inside the app for the specific purpose of generating a portrait. This is a standard image file (JPEG or PNG) containing the pixels of your face.
We do not collect, generate, or store any of the following:
- Face geometry or 3D facial meshes
- Depth maps or spatial face data (TrueDepth / ARKit)
- Biometric templates or faceprints
- Facial recognition vectors or identification markers
- Any other derived facial measurements or embeddings
The app does not use the TrueDepth camera or ARKit face tracking APIs.
How we use face data
Your photo is used for one purpose only: to generate the AI portrait you explicitly requested in that session. Specifically, we do not use face data for:
- Identity verification or authentication
- User profiling or behavioral analysis
- Advertising, marketing, or ad targeting
- Training or improving AI or machine learning models
- Any purpose unrelated to generating your requested portrait
Sharing, disclosure, and third-party processors
We do not sell face data. We do not share face data with data brokers, advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third party. The only disclosure of face data is to NanoBanana (Google Gemini Image Generation), Google's AI image generation API that powers portrait creation in Vexa. This disclosure occurs solely to fulfill your generation request and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google Gemini API Terms of Service. Google does not use data submitted via the API to train its models or for advertising purposes.
Your photo is transmitted to Google's NanoBanana API over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The API processes the image transiently to generate the portrait and returns the result to our app. Google does not store, share, or use your photo beyond this transient processing step under the API terms.
Where face data is stored
Face data is never stored on Denviprime servers. We do not write, cache, log, or back up your photo at any point. The generated portrait is returned directly to your device and saved locally in your app. Google's NanoBanana API does not persistently store your photo; it is processed transiently in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Retention period
Face data is retained only for the duration of the active generation request — typically a matter of seconds to minutes. Once the portrait is generated and the result is returned to your device, the photo is deleted from the processing pipeline immediately. Under no circumstances is face data retained beyond 24 hours from the time of submission, either by Denviprime or by Google's NanoBanana API.
Google API Services
Our applications may use Google API services, including but not limited to Google Sign-In and Google Play Services. Use of these services is governed by Google's own policies:
When you sign in using Google, we receive only the basic profile information (such as your name and email address) that you authorize through your Google account. We do not store this information on our servers beyond what is required to authenticate you within the app session.
How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Improve our website and mobile applications
- Analyze aggregate, anonymous usage patterns to optimize user experience
- Communicate with you about our services (contact form only)
Data Storage and Security
We do not store personal user data on our servers. Data generated by our mobile applications is stored locally on your device. When images are sent to our AI processing partner (NanoBanana) for portrait generation, they are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not retained beyond the generation process. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any information in transit from unauthorized access or disclosure.
App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels
In accordance with Apple App Store requirements, the following summarizes the data Vexa collects and how it is used:
- Data used to track you: None. We do not track you across apps or websites.
- Data linked to you: None stored on our servers.
- Data not linked to you: Anonymous usage and diagnostics data collected via Mixpanel (device type, OS version, session duration, feature usage) — not linked to any identity.
- Photos/Face data: Transmitted transiently to our AI processor for portrait generation only; not stored or linked to your identity.
Age Requirement
Vexa is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
