Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Denviprime Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For our mobile applications that allow image export:

• Non-premium users' exported images will include a watermark indicating the source of the image
• Premium users may export images without watermarks
• Users retain rights to their original content, subject to these Terms

Analytics and Data Collection

We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to collect and analyze usage data. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and analysis. For more information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denviprime Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
